MOVE MAKE MEDITATE is back for an Autumn edition on Sunday 12th October at the gorgeous Sunfyr Barns, just outside of Norwich!

Weโll move through grounding yoga, a cosy fire + tea circle, nourishing lunch, guided meditation, intuitive painting, and a dreamy soundbath ๐งโโ๏ธ
Join me on this beautiful day, leaving you feeling inspired, connected, and recharged.
What's included...
10:30 โ Welcome, Check-In
Arrive, settle in, and connect with others as we set our intentions for the day.
10:45 โ Yoga
A gentle, grounding practice to awaken the body and build presence.
12:00 โ Fire and Tea Circle
Gather around for herbal tea by the fire, a moment to warm up from the inside out. Release anything into the fire.
12:30 โ Lunch
Nourishing autumnal lunch provided, soup and toasties; time to rest, refuel, and enjoy conversation. (Vegan Options Available)
13:30 โ Meditation
A guided meditation to reset and refocus the mind before diving into creative painting.
13:45 โ Painting
Express yourself freely through intuitive painting; no rules, just colour, feeling, and exploration.
15:15 โ Soundbath
Lie back and receive, letting waves of sound wash over you, releasing tension and inviting calm.
16:15 โ Final Reflections & Closing Meditation
Share whatโs shifted, what youโre carrying forward, and ground it all with a final moment of stillness.
16:30 โ Goodbyes
A gentle farewell; leave feeling inspired, connected, and recharged.
For the soundbath, I'll be joined by the wonderful Amy Shawcross, who will work her magic and bath us in radiant sounds.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes to move in
A yoga mat (there are some available to borrow)
Cushion or blanket to stay cosy during meditation & the sound bath
Apron or Old Shirt to protect clothing during painting
Journal & pen for reflections & creative inspiration
Water Bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day
Warm Socks or layers for extra comfort during relaxation sessions
Open mind ready to unwind & create
