I understand that sometimes plans change, and I aim to be as fair and understanding as possible while also honouring the time, preparation, and costs involved in running events.

• 14 days or more before the event: Full refund

• 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the event: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered

If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee a refund outside of the policy above, I will always do my best to help where I can.

In the unlikely event that an event needs to be cancelled by the myself, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
